Good Tyre Alingment place in Chennai?

Can the Chennai members suggest a good reliable place for wheel alingment here. Any place in Chennai where a good professional job can be done. I find most of the time the shop boys who do the alingment dont do a very good job and repeat visits to the shop are neccessary to adjust the settings. Any suggestions on a good place here would be much appreciated.

Ps - Mods, searched the forum for details but couldnt find any, so starting a new thread.

Hi Kevciti,

I'm not sure where exactly you are searching for the shop in Chennai.
Last time I got it done at a Shop called Ramesh Tyres,
It on the Tharamani Road (Road going to Velachey- This is the road going right from the SRP Tools Signal on the OMR)

Around 3.5 kms down the road, left side there is Wangs Kitchen after that a Church, Just opposite to that is the shop. After the church there is a IBP Pump and a car wash (Just to know if you have went too far down the road.)

Chrages are very reasonable and the job was very good.

Oh there are a lot of shops here in chennai. Usually get it done at XL tyre point in t-nagar. But since of late am not very happy with the quality of work there. The owners are well informed decent people but the people who do the job leave a lot to be desired. So am looking out for an alternative place.

While I was in Chennai I used to get mine done at Lal's. It's near to Satyam Cineplex on the road to GP road.

I was pretty satisfied with their work.

Which LAL's is this? The one at the side of Satyam's entrance or the other one opposite to the TVS petrol bunk?

I would say MRF tyredrome on Cathedral road below Savera Flyover. Very professional, But need to take appointment. Call 28111199 and fix time.

When I dont have the time, I go to XL tyre or small guy near Ashok Nagar.

You can also try International Tyre House on Llyods road (junction of Llyods road and Gopalapuram 1st street). Not so crowded as Lals and service is good. They also offer 2 free checkups for 5000 kms.

You could try out Tyrestore on Greams Road.. or Raja Tyres on Pycrofts road. Both are good. There aint much of a rocket science in Tire alignment anyways.

That used to be a good place, don't know how it is now. They also had an automatic car wash. Is that still there ?

Bump. Just got my WA and WB completed at Ramesh tyres.

Reasonable cost and the job was done pretty quickly.

The car drives better now and the ghostly pull to the left is gone after the alignment.
