Hello !

I will sell my 200 KM driven VW - Polo's 15" alloys to you.

My 17" have just landed
In Customs, should be out in 2 days.

I will pack & send the rims to you - Saturday.

I would have wished you purchased my tyres too. The Yoko S Driv.e looks nice & feels good to drive too. 205.55.15 [do consider] !
The full look of the car will change.

My new rims are from Sparco - made by OZ for it & the model is called Pista in 17" size. The tyres are Continental Contact - Extreme DW - 215.40.17

Will post pictures by Saturday. [hopefully] !:thumbs up

Sparco Pista Light Grey-Painted -17X8
[Sparco Pista - Made by OZ for Sparco]

This is what I have got. 17" 8J 35 offset.

Whats the right upsize for 195's on 15 inch? Wondering if warranty will be void if one gets 195 ( or 205s)

This is a 'sickness' all D & D's in India have.
They just love to void the warranty.
Smallest change & they want to put their hands up !!
Really sad attitude.

Have you seen the VW Polo Brochure ?
It has a red Polo on its cover & it has 17" alloys on it.
Ask them about it & they say it is not for India.
Then why do they keep the picture there ?
I never understood it.

D & D = Dealer & Distributor.

Small Update:

I am buying Bhagwan's stock 15 inch alloys from Highline version and now the game is over to what tyre size to use. Personally I would like to stick to the OEM size 185/60 R15 but except Apollo Accelere and Bridgestone, none of the tyre companies have this size. Apollos are not too bad or too good either. I have them on my Polo right now. Feedback to the driver is quite low with them.

If I have to upsize, I have no choice but to choose either 195/60 or 205/55. Both are available in Michelin or Yokohama. But I would like to know the experts comments on which tyre to go for.

two options.

1. Buy the OEM Apollo Accelere stock size and keep it till other tyre options emerge
2. Upgrade to best upsize 205/55

Since my driving is going to be mostly in city, 195/205 size will eat too much into fuel economy... Pls let me know your opinions.

100 % correct !

F.E. [Fuel Efficiency] will drop for sure.

If that is important to you - please 'stick' to the EO Tyre - Apollo..

Super choice Bhagwaan Ji.clap:

They are on the machine in my office - will do it later - just 1 for now.

God, please take a better photo. This car looks SO hot, you just can't do justice to it with one mobile phone photo ;-)

PS: I see the car almost everyday. The amount of pain God takes to do his cars up borders on the 'psycho' but hey, that's the reason why we are all here on this forum :-P

That's a real cool looking alloys 'bhagwan" ji.
As frank said, please do some justice to the hot alloys and car. Please do post more detailed snaps of the alloys and the car.
How much did this cost you , if you can share ?

Sir,

I am sorry, I have not taken my Olympus to 4S.
Current pics are on HTC Mobile - poor quality, I know.
1 more pic I have.

I state again, all these pics are from a Mobile Camera - HTC - below par - I know.

Sorry.

Will post nice pics in 2 weeks - promise.

Thanks for looking & the kind words, it is appreciated by me.

Wow ! Better pics pls.. FAST..

8J is too wide for 215 tires.
