Sure, thanks JayD!

And incidentally, if anyone else wants any parts from the Austin Cambridge please let me know ASAP.

The car is going to be broken tomorrow I'm told (today being quite rainy here)

A friend of mine is genuinely interested, can you please pm with some details?

There is a 1960 Plymouth Valiant with a 2.8liter slant-six engine rusting away at a garage near the BTM shoppers stop at Bangalore.

The car needs a total restoration. I unfortunately I didn't have a cam when i went there.

This is a similar one i found on the net. The car in Blore is more or less in the same condition as the one in the pics.

Well, today was kinda sad but a fruitful day....the Austin Cambridge here was broken from this morning onwards.....got off as many parts from it as I could salvage....including all 4 doors, bonnet, dashboard.....*phew*

'will post more in detail bout the parts later......quite tired now....

What on earth will you do with the doors, dash and bonnet? You dont even have a car!

Hehe..yeah I dont but well...someone else would....who knows! :D

Anyways, actually first thought of taking off the door handles, quarterglasses and the trim around the doortops....but suspected they couldnt be taken off that easily & those guys would surely wreck them taking them off.....so 'had them take off the whole doors itself to save them (& more, myself!) the trouble!

I didnt want the bonnet initially but my mech. insisted on it....the bootlid was corroded along the bottom so wasnt keen on picking it up....so was the rear bumper...
