the mole: Mumbai is the best place for your 1100 spares. I do not think any other city can beat Mumbai for Fiat/Premier spares. Did you try at Opera House or at Chor Bazar?

Have tried few sources in bangalore & mumbai, but not of much use.
Any help in this regard is much appreciated.
posting a couple of pics of the part sample.
Try City Motors at Opera house....i got mine from them few months back. Let me parellely also check if I have a spare one with me as I vaguely remember having bought 2 from them. Will revert if I have a spare. In the meanwhile you should get it at City motors.

The spring loaded switch mounted on the starter motor was available in bangalore, rest all no idea. Actuating lever can be made easily and the pull knob is just another small item. How we can change the normal starter motor to the pull start is to be checked on field.

I will enquire if that part is still there.

I will sure go and ask the shop fellow. Part no 2 and 4 can be easily made / have. Part no 3 could be an issue for you. Taking a sample out of a working example and getting CNC machined will be a good example.

Have a rear Windshield rubber with me for the beetle. Bought new few weeks back from Singapore. Unfortunately it is slightly big (about 2 inches) for my 67 and I do not want to cut and put it. It will fit all the beetles which are 68 and up. Anyone interested to buy the same can PM me. Again It is brand new and never used.

Trying to get one for you as well. Have asked my contacts to keep an eye for 2 such starters, one for you and the other for me.

Looks more of a dashboard grab handle than of a Door.

Could you please let us know about the price?

No this is not the dashboard grab handle which is much smaller in thickness and also doesnt have this mount
please see this photo of the grab handle below
. as far as my knowledge goes this type of thinner black door pulls came only in 1967 models in USspecs and all 1968-1973 VW1200 sedans in most countries
