According to a media report from last month, Honda is likely to launch the 2017 CBR 650F in India during the festive season. While, the website still doesn't mention the price, it does shed some light on the technical details of the updated model. It also confirms that the 2017 CBR 650F will be available in the choice of two colours - Millenium Red and Matt Gunpowder Black Metallic.

The 2017 model gets LED headlights and tail light but retains its overall proportions. It measures 2,107 mm length, 753 mm in width, 1,149 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 1,449 mm. It has 133 mm of ground clearance and weighs 216 kg. It comes with a 17.3 litre fuel tank.

It uses 41 mm telescopic fork suspension in the front and monoshock at the rear. Brakes come in the form of 320 mm dual discs with 2-piston calipers in the front and a 240 mm disc with a single piston caliper in the rear.
