2022 Citroen C5 Aircross facelift revealed

In Europe, the C5 Aircross will be offered with petrol, diesel and plug-in hybrid powertrains.

Citroen has revealed the C5 Aircross facelift for the global markets. The SUV gets a few cosmetic updates on the exterior as well as on the interior.

While the 2022 C5 Aircross retains its overall shape, the SUV gets a redesigned front fascia. It features new LED headlamps with two strips of LED daytime running lights. The front grille appears to feature an illuminated Citroen logo with more LEDs on either side. The front bumper has also been redesigned and features a chrome lip flanked by fog lamps. The SUV rides on new 18-inch alloy wheels.

On the interior, the updated C5 Aircross gets a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster. The centre console has been redesigned, while the new heated seats get additional padding and massage functions.

In the European market, the updated C5 Aircross will be available with petrol, diesel and plug-in hybrid powertrains. In India, the SUV comes with a 2.0-litre diesel engine that makes 174 BHP and 400 Nm. It is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
