The 2023 Yamaha FZ15 has been launched in Brazil. It is expected to arrive at our shores as the FZ V4.0.
The latest iteration of the Yamaha FZ gets a redesigned headlamp unit up front, an updated LCD instrument console with gear position indicator and a reworked tail lamp.
The overall dimensions of the FZ haven’t changed much except for the ground clearance, which has gone up by 5 mm. The fuel tank capacity has gone down by 1.1 litres.
The Brazil-spec motorcycle is powered by a 149cc, single-cylinder engine which now produces 12.2 BHP @ 7,500 rpm and 12.4 Nm @ 6,000 rpm. It’s worth noting that the engine output of the Indian-spec bike might vary as the Brazilian version is tuned to run on ethanol.
