2024 Toyota Vellfire images leaked ahead of unveil

The refreshed Vellfire could also make its way to India sometime by the end of 2023.

Toyota seems to be getting ready to unveil the 2024 iterations of its flagship minivans, the Vellfire & Alphard. Ahead of its expected global launch, images of the 2024 Toyota Vellfire & Alphard minivans have been leaked online.

The leaked images give a clear glimpse of both models, revealing updates to their front fascia. Both, the Vellfire and Alphard will come with a refreshed front grille with slightly curved horizontal slats, with separate designs to help differentiate between the two. The 2024 versions also get new LED lighting at the front and are also expected to get updated tail lights at the rear.

The leaked image also showcases a new colour scheme for the 2024 Alphard, reportedly called 'Precious Leo Blonde'. Both, Alphard and Vellfire share the same paint schemes in the international market. These include White Pearl, Steel Blonde Metallic & Black. Exclusive paint options include Luxury White Pearl for the Alphard and Burning Black for the Vellfire.

The 2024 Toyota Vellfire and Alphard will carry forward all the luxury, creature comfort and tech features from their respective current models, while also getting additional equipment and slightly updated interiors.

The refreshed minivans will retain their current dimensions and platform. Both, Vellfire and Alphard measure 4,945 mm in length, 1,850 mm in width, and 1,895 mm in length; with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. The 2024 Vellfire and Alphard will also continue to be powered by the same 2.5-litre engine producing 179 BHP and 235 Nm. It is paired with a 7-speed CVT transmission.

Reports state, Toyota could globally unveil both the 2024 Vellfire and Alphard in the coming months. The refreshed Vellfire could also make its way to India sometime by the end of 2023.
