Jawa's new motorcycle for India has been caught testing for the first time. The spy images reveal the bike's retro looks.

The bike has a round headlamp and instrument cluster which appear to be integrated into a single housing. It has a teardrop shaped fuel tank and a dual-tone seat. Mounted at the front of the engine is a radiator. The retro-styled engine comes with twin chrome exhausts. The test bike is riding on telescopic front forks and twin shock absorbers at the rear.

Classic Legends has already revealed the engine that will power the new Jawa bike. The 293cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine is built on a BS-VI ready platform. It makes 27 BHP and 28 Nm of peak torque. Cooling fins on the cylinder block, head and valve cover give it a classic look.

The new 293cc Jawa bike will be unveiled on November 15, 2018.
