Bajaj Dominar with USD fork, twin-exhaust spotted

Bajaj could be working on new updates for the Dominar 400. Latest spy images suggest that the motorcycle could get an upside-down front fork, side-mounted double stacked exhaust muffler and a redesigned radiator.

Reports suggest that the Dominar could receive other updates including the engine from the 390 Duke featuring double overhead cams and ride-by-wire. The engine could be updated to comply with BS-VI emission norms and is likely to be offered with the same 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch setup.

Currently, the Dominar 400 comes with a 373.3cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that develops 34 BHP @ 8,000 rpm and 35 Nm of torque @ 6,500 rpm. It comes equipped with 320 mm front and 230 mm disc brakes at the front and rear respectively with optional ABS. However, Bajaj is likely to offer ABS as a standard feature going forward.
