BYD Atto 3 EV's rotating touchscreen teased

The BYD Atto 3 will be assembled in India from semi-knocked down kits (SKD).

BYD has released another teaser of its upcoming Atto 3 electric SUV. The latest teaser showcases the car’s rotating touchscreen infotainment system.

The BYD Atto 3 gets a futuristic-looking dual-tone interior with a touchscreen infotainment system in the centre, which can be rotated to switch from landscape to portrait mode. The car also gets a 3-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof and a 360-degree camera.

Powering the Atto 3 is a permanent magnet synchronous motor that develops 201 BHP and 310 Nm, which is said to propel the car from 0-100 km/h in 7.3 seconds. It is rumoured to come with the larger 60.48 kWh battery pack, which has a maximum claimed range of 420 km (WLTP cycle).
