Datsun GO+ pre-bookings open from January 3-14 , 2015

Datsun, the budget brand of Japanese carmaker Nissan, has announced that pre-bookings for its upcoming GO+ MPV will commence on January 3, 2015. Interested customers can book the vehicle at any Nissan dealership across the country for a refundable amount of Rs. 11,000. The last date for accepting pre-bookings will be January 14, one day before the launch of the vehicle.

The GO+ is a sub-4 metre long MPV based on the GO hatchback which was launched last year. It measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,635 mm in width and 1,485 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,450 mm and a ground clearance of 170 mm.

Coming to the interiors, the GO+ has 7 seats, air-conditioning, a mobile docking unit with Aux-in and USB charging facility and front power windows.

The GO+ is powered by a 1198 cc, 3-cylinder, petrol engine that produces 67 bhp @ 5000 rpm and 104 Nm of torque @ 4000 rpm. Power is transmitted to the front wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox. This is the same engine that is used in the hatchback.
