Dodge, Jeep & Ram to stop participating at US auto shows

Participation of its brands in future auto shows will be judged on a "case-by-case basis".

Stellantis, the parent company of Dodge, Jeep & Ram recently stated that it will stop participating at Auto shows in the USA & Canada.

The parent company cited, "a challenging automotive market" as the reason for being absent in the North American Auto Shows going forward. The company stated, "With a focus on preserving business fundamentals to mitigate the impact of a challenging automotive market in North America, Stellantis is working to optimize its marketing strategy as it relates to auto shows."

The conglomerate was already missing from last year's Los Angeles Auto Show, held in November and will also be skipping the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) scheduled this month in Las Vegas. The company also stated that for local events in cities, it will leave it up to its dealers if they want to participate or not. A spokesperson from Stellantis commented that participation of its brands in future auto shows will be judged on a "case-by-case basis".
