Ducati Panigale V2 to be launched on August 26

Ducati is gearing up to launch the Panigale V2 superbike in India on August 26, 2020. Pre-bookings are open and customers can place orders by paying a bookings amount of Rs. 1 lakh.

The Panigale V2 is powered by a 955cc, L-twin cylinder engine that produces 153 BHP @ 10,750 rpm and 104 Nm @ 9,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slipper clutch.

The bike comes with a Showa 43 mm fork suspension at the front and a Sachs monoshock at the rear. It has a single-sided swingarm. The bike is equipped with twin 320 mm disc brakes at the front and a single 245 mm disc at the rear.

It comes with Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) up/down EVO 2 and a Sachs steering damper as standard. The bike also gets riding modes, power modes, Cornering ABS EVO, traction control, wheelie control, Engine Brake Control EVO and auto tyre calibration.

The Panigale V2 is positioned below the Panigale V4 in Ducati's line-up.
