The Ferrari Roma has a typical 2-door GT design with a long bonnet and short overhangs. The car's body features clean lines with smooth surfaces and flared wheel arches. It has a low body coloured front grille. At the rear, it gets quad LED tail lights and a quad exhaust setup.

On the inside, the Roma has a digital instrument cluster and a new steering wheel with capacitive buttons. The centre console houses a vertically oriented 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit.

Under the bonnet is a 3.9-litre, twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 612 BHP @ 5,750-7,500 rpm and 761 Nm @ 3,000-5,750 rpm. The engine is paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
