The Grand Tour Series 2 starts on December 8, 2017

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May will soon be back with series 2 of The Grand Tour. The new season will start from December 8, 2017 and will be aired on Amazon Prime.

As a build up to the premier, the producers of the show have released an extended trailer. The series will feature the three ex-Top Gear presenters in a variety of interesting cars. In one of the episodes, the trio try out three unique supercars - Jeremy drives a Lamborghini Aventador S, James goes with a Honda NSX, while Richard will be seen in Rimac Concept One. As we had seen earlier this year, Hammond was involved in a major accident in the £2 million all-electric supercar. The incident seems to have postponed the release date as the show was earlier expected to go on air in October 2017.

The second series was filmed across five continents including countries like Croatia, Mozambique, Dubai, Spain, Switzerland and the US. Unlike the previous series, where the studio segments were filmed in a giant tent that travelled around the world, this time the studio will be based in the Cotswolds, UK.
