Hero Xoom launched at Rs 68,599

The Hero Xoom will compete with the scooters like the Honda Dio and TVS Jupiter 110.

Hero MotoCorp has launched a new 110cc scooter in the Indian market. The new model called ‘Xoom’ is available in three variants: LX, VX and ZX, priced at Rs 68,599, Rs 71,799 and Rs 76,699 (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively. Bookings will open on February 1, 2023.

The Hero Xoom is a sporty-looking scooter featuring dual-tone bodywork finished in bold colours. It has an X-shaped LED headlamp in the front, a digital instrument console and an LED tail light at the back. It offers features such as Bluetooth connectivity, cornering lights and a USB charger.

Powering the Hero Xoom is a 110.9cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that develops 8.05 BHP and 8.70 Nm. The engine is paired with a continuously variable transmission.

The Xoom gets telescopic fork suspension up front and single rear shock absorbers. It is equipped with a single front disc brake and rear drum brake and rides on 12-inch alloy wheels.
