Honda teases a new scooter; is it the Activa 7G?

The Honda Activa 7G will replace the sixth-generation model that went on sale in January 2020.

Honda has released a teaser of a new scooter. This has raised speculations about the launch of the Activa 7G.

The teaser image partially reveals the front cowl of the scooter. It houses the headlamp and turn indicators, while the Honda badge is positioned on the front apron.

The Honda Activa 7G will replace the sixth-generation model that went on sale in January 2020. At present, the scooter is powered by a BS6-compliant 109.51cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine that produces 7.68 BHP @ 8,000 rpm and 8.79 Nm @ 5,250 rpm. It is paired with a continuously variable transmission.

While details about the Activa 7G are still under wraps, the new model is expected to get a few updates, including a new instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, among others.
