Hyundai Creta facelift to get ADAS

The Hyundai Creta competes with the MG Astor, which comes with Level 2 ADAS.

The Hyundai Creta facelift is set to make its debut at GIIAS 2021 next month. According to a recent teaser, the SUV is likely to get Advanced Driver-Assistance System (ADAS).

The Creta facelift will be equipped with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster similar to the Alcazar. Note the 'Lane Keep Assist' graphic in the centre of the screen. The car also has a button on the steering to activate the system.

In India, the Hyundai Creta competes with the MG Astor, which comes with Level 2 ADAS. It includes features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Prevention and Speed Assist.

The Creta facelift is expected to be offered with the same 1.5-litre petrol, 1.4-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options. The SUV will initially be launched in the Indonesian market and could arrive at our shores at a later date.
