The braking setup consists of a single 300 mm disc brake at the front and a 250 mm disc brake at the rear. The bike also features Kawasaki's Ergofit system which enables customers to set the position of the handlebar and foot pegs as per their liking.

The Vulcan S BS6 is available in a new colour option - Metallic Flat Raw Greystone that has black and red highlights. It also gets red pinstripes on the wheels.
