Mahindra XUV500 Sportz Limited Edition details leaked

A couple of weeks ago, we had reported that Mahindra will be introducing a limited edition variant of the XUV500 crossover. Now the brochure for the vehicle has been leaked revealing more details about the car.

The Sportz, as the car will be known, will be based on the W8 variant of the XUV500. It will feature cosmetic changes to the exterior like Sportz decals on the hood and sides, alloy wheels, fog lamps and door handles with red accents, red roof rails and special badging on the body.

On the inside there are new leather seats and new armrest. The Sportz will feature all the equipment that is found on the W8 variant. Additionally, a reverse camera has been provided.

The Sportz Limited Edition is mechanically identical to the other variants of the XUV500. It will continue to be powered by the 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder mHawk diesel engine that produces 140 bhp @ 3750 rpm and 330 Nm of  torque @ 1600-2800 rpm and is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
