The Kia EV6 is available in two variants – GT Line and GT Line AWD with prices starting from Rs 59.95 lakh (ex-showroom).

Former cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni has reportedly purchased a Kia EV6 electric crossover. He was recently spotted in his new car along with other players Kedar Jadhav and Ruturaj Gaikwad.

MS Dhoni has an expansive automobile collection, which includes SUVs like the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, Hummer H2, Nissan Jonga and Audi Q7. He also owns a few sports cars including a Porsche 911 and a Ferrari 599 GTO.

The EV6 is Kia’s first all-electric offering in India. It is available in two variants – GT Line and GT Line AWD with prices starting from Rs 59.95 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Kia EV6 is based on the Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). The single-motor RWD variant packs 226 BHP and 350 Nm, while the AWD version produces 321 BHP and 605 Nm.

The EV6 is powered by a 77.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that is said to offer a maximum range of 528 km (WLTP cycle). The battery supports ultra-fast charging, which adds 100 km of range in 4.5 minutes. It can be recharged from 10% to 80% in 18 minutes using a 350 kW fast charger, while a 50 kW fast charger takes 73 minutes.
