My 2020 BMW 330i Sport is just sheer enjoyment: 38,000 km update

Put the TCS off, goose it on an u-turn and the car will easily lose traction and slide even on hot tarmac in summer.

BHPian itwasntme recently shared this with other enthusiasts.

38,000 km up and not much to report apart from the sheer enjoyment delivered by this lovely machine.

RWD and relatively slim 225/50/17s mean a lot of wiggles and slides even with the TCS on. Put the TCS off, goose it on an u-turn and it will easily lose traction and slide even on hot tarmac in summer. Remarkable control offered though even to newbies like me; pretty easy to opposite lock and come out of it.

On another note, the Michelin PS4s are not up to expectations and are definitely sliding around more than the OEM Turanza RFTs. Now either I’m driving too hard nowadays (likely) or the PS4s are ageing fast (equally likely)!

Last detailed in 2021 hence please excuse the swirls and scratches.
