My Maruti S-Cross with Stage-3 tune puts out 202 BHP / 438 Nm

I believe this is the highest figures for any 1.6 diesel engine in the country.

4 years / 57,000 km done with Wolf Moto Remap.

I had driven 32k km with a stage 2 setup. The current setup is Stage 3 and have clocked over 25k km.

I haven't faced any issues till date. Happy with the performance and reliability of Wolf Moto tune. My car has gone through lot of 0-100 km/h launches, redlining and what not; surprised that I didn't have to change the clutch yet.

Intercooler upgrade is pending since a long time. The Garrett intercooler should be installed soon.

The car was put on a Dyno at Harmonixx Tuning, in Bangalore. It did an impressive 202 HP / 438 NM at the crank. I believe this is the highest figures for any 1.6 diesel engine in the country.

190 HP / 421 NM at wheels

202 HP / 438 NM at crank

Comparison with bone stock car

I made 71 BHP more than stock. The peak torque is up only by 67 Nm, but it is holding 300+ Nm for a longer rev band, which has helped me to get 200+ BHP.
