Skoda showcased the second-generation Kodiaq at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. The SUV was initially expected to be launched in India by mid-2025, but Skoda Auto India brand director Petr Janeba has now confirmed that the prices for the new model will be announced in April.
The upcoming Kodiaq will be offered in two trims: Sportline and the top-spec Laurin & Klement. The former is expected to feature an all-black front grille, black ORVMs and a unique set of alloy wheels. The L&K will feature a more premium look with dual-tone alloy wheels and more.
In India, the new Kodiaq will be offered with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 188 BHP and 320 Nm. The engine will be paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system.
Skoda is also likely to bring the Kodiaq RS to India before the end of this year. It will be imported via the CBU route.
