Pre-delivery inspection: My pleasant experience using Zekardo's service

I really appreciate them going above and beyond their work to accommodate my request.

Had a very pleasant experience with Zekardo for the PDI of my new vehicle in Bangalore. The dealership wasn't confirming me the correct date for PDI since I refused to pay anything before checking the car. Zekardo's guy (figured out later he's the co-founder) WhatsApped me a day before the 'probable' PDI date I had entered on their website and I asked them to push it to the next day.

The next day when I got the location of the stockyard, it was like 30km outside of the city. The engineer told me they won't be able to travel that far. There are just two engineers employed in Bangalore as of now (probably explains some negative experience in comments above), and both of them have three time slots per day.

I requested them to come to my home and I'll drive the engineer myself to the stockyard. He hesitantly agreed and got the other engineer who had a morning slot to take my PDI. So he came an hour early (9.30am) to my place and we went to the stockyard, got the PDI done in ~45 minutes and were back by 12.30pm, more than enough for his next PDI scheduled at 1.30pm.

I really appreciate them going above and beyond their work to accommodate my request. The PDI was thorough and helpful. Although, as per their own admission, Kia cars hardly have PDI issues, it was still helpful to know my car was mostly fine (had a small chip off in the fibre below the driver door.)

Overall, a very positive experience.
