Replaced my Yeti's windshield with an aftermarket one: My experience

Finally I got the 'Rain Sensor' checked on the next day and found it's working normally.

BHPian Dr.Vikas recently shared this with other enthusiasts.

This time I got the Front Windshield of my Yeti replaced with a Pilkington branded glass. I preferred this particular brand over the OEM simply because of having received some really good feedback on our dedicated Yeti Owners Group India and from a few local vendors also.

The Glass:

The Pilkington glass fits perfectly and comes with a green tinge just like the OE one. One need to check the OE sticker on the glass.

The Workshop

Eventually, once the fitment was done at ShivShambho Motor Glass, Hadapsar, I drove back home almost for 5 hrs during the night. And I'm very much satisfied with the quality and clarity of the glass and also the perfect fitting job they carried out carefully within less than 2 hours.

And the Team

Finally I got the 'Rain Sensor' checked on the next day and found it's working normally. So obviously I do not have any kind of regret or complaint regarding the product or the workmanship.
