Romain Grosjean's burnt 2020 F1 car to be displayed at museum

This will be the first time the crashed F1 car will be seen in public after being put in hiding for the past three years.

Formula 1 has recently announced that the Haas F1 car in which Romain Grosjean crashed during the 2020 Bahrain Grand Prix will be displayed at an F1 museum exhibition in Madrid, Spain.

During the 2020 Bahrain Grand Prix, Romain Grosjean lost control of the car and went on to hit the wall at 120 mph (193 km/h). The F1 car split in half and was engulfed in flames along with Grosjean, who fortunately managed to escape 28 seconds later. The crash, to this day, remains one of the worst incidents of the past few F1 seasons. Grosjean was able to walk away with only minor injuries to his hand and now races in IndyCar with Andretti Autosport.

This will be the first time the crashed F1 car will be seen in public after being put in hiding for the past three years. The wrecked chassis will be hosted in a purpose-built room titled 'Survival', along with a large video installation playing many previously unseen footages of the crash. The room is said to be one of seven, each of which offers unique experiences specially curated by artists and filmmakers.
