According to a media report, Bajaj is developing a high-performance version of its Chetak e-scooter.
It has been reported that the performance-oriented version of the Chetak is likely to be sold under the KTM or Husqvarna brand. It could get sportier styling in contrast to the retro looks of the Chetak e-scooter. It might also get a revised suspension setup and improved brakes.
Bajaj has already confirmed that the Chetak comes with an IP67 rated lithium-ion battery. It has two riding modes - Eco and Sport and comes with a regenerative braking system. However, details of the performance version are not known.
