Tata Nexon XT+ variant launched at Rs. 8.02 lakh

Tata has launched a new XT+ variant of the Nexon priced at Rs. 8.02 lakh and Rs. 8.87 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the petrol and diesel versions respectively. The XT variant of the Nexon has now been discontinued.

The XT+ variant comes with projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights, LED tail lights, roof rails and power folding ORVMs. On the inside, it gets a Harman-Kardon ConnectNext infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity and 8 speakers. It also has steering mounted audio and phone controls, air-conditioning with rear AC vents and height adjustable driver's seat.

Safety features offered on this variant include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, front seatbelt reminder, rear parking sensors and ISOFIX child safety seat anchors.

Besides this, Tata Motors is also offering a larger 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system on the XZ, XZ+ and XZA+ variants.

The Tata Nexon is powered by a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that produces 108 BHP and 170 Nm of torque and a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder diesel that puts out 108 BHP and 260 Nm of torque. Both engines are offered with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automated manual transmission (AMT).
