Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) will provide Toyota with the Baleno and Vitara Brezza, while Toyota will supply Suzuki with the Corolla sedan. The cars will be sold by the brand's respective dealerships, however there has been no announcement regarding the supply schedule, number of units to be supplied, vehicle specifications and the unit pricing.

Earlier, the two carmakers had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to introduce electric vehicles (EV) in India. Suzuki will start supplying EVs to Toyota from 2020.
