Toyota Fortuner 4x4 booked in January: No car, 9 months later

I had booked a Toyota Fortuner 4X4 in January 2021 and have been waiting for my vehicle's delivery since the past nine months.

Dear Team-BHP,

I am an avid user of this platform, though not a member but its articles and group members sharing updates and problems has taught me a lot and if required Team-BHP has come to its members' rescue.

I am in a tough situation and request Team-BHP to help me if possible. I had booked a Toyota Fortuner 4X4 Super White with Black interior in January 2021 and have been waiting for my vehicle's delivery since the past nine months. There is no update about the vehicle from the dealer side (Galaxy Toyota, Delhi), I have shot an email to Toyota India, but there has not been any positive response from them till today.

The message I sent to Toyota is as below:

Dear Team Toyota,
I, Satish Saini have booked a vehicle Toyota Fortuner 4*4 manual in S.White (Black interior) booking no 2020/39846 with your showroom partner Galaxy Toyota (Shalimar Bagh, Delhi - 110088) on 28th January 2021.
Since 28th January 2021, I have not been updated once about my dispatch vehicle.
Dated 06.09.2021, I had a word with the Showroom GM who needs another 2-3 days of time for confirmation. As per an update by the dealer, Toyota has not dispatched any 4x4 vehicle to them as per my specification, which was really quite shocking to me.
Being an esteemed and loyal customer of Toyota since 2010, I'm in a shocked state and feel mentally harassed as Toyota could provide a vehicle to its loyal customer even after waiting for 9 months.
Please provide an update to me as to whether in real Toyota India can provide a vehicle for delivery to me or not, or should I switch to some other brand as this was the least expected from the dealer and Toyota India.
Though I am looking forward to a positive response and long term relationship with Toyota and expect my vehicle delivery at the earliest.
I have attached the booking form copy and invoice copy of payment.
