Volkswagen T-Roc listed on India website

The Volkswagen T-Roc SUV has been listed on VW's India website. The carmaker has already started accepting pre-bookings for the car.

The T-Roc is based on the MQB platform. It features a hexagonal grille with LED headlights and hexagonal ring-shaped LED daytime running lights. The SUV has a dual-tone rear bumper and L-shaped LED tail lights.

On the inside, it gets a 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel, digital instrument cluster and a touchscreen infotainment head-unit. Other features include "Vienna" leather seats, panoramic sunroof, reverse parking camera, automatic climate control, keyless entry and an engine start / stop button. It has safety features such as 6 airbags, ABS, ESC and tyre pressure monitoring system.

In India, the T-Roc will be offered with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine paired with a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch automatic transmission.
