I remember Robin as a diehard Biker who was extremely knowledgeable, yet very humble & helpful to folk on online forums. He brought a fresh perspective into everything we discussed.

I knew Rtech for a couple of years before finally meeting him in 2005 at the Lonavala Meet. Though we continued to interact post that meet, I wish I had the opportunity to see him more often. It saddens me that he is no longer with us.

Got to know and like him as he was my son-in-law's close pal from school. Found Rtech to be a very soft spoken person.

I miss you Robin, we all miss you Robin. You have left behind Fernaz and Nicole who continue your legacy of being a superb human being and make you proud!

Robin, aka Rtech, was by far one of the most genuine guys I have known out there. He loved his bikes and was the authority on anything you wanted to know about two wheeled machines. Extremely passionate, he worked in the field he loved the most...Motorsports.

Robin had a great sense of humour and took jokes cracked on him sportingly. I have shared some awesome moments with him which I'll cherish for life. He was a fantastic human being who went out of his way to help people and loved animals as well.

Friend, brother, guide and biker. I miss you terribly pal. You are an inspiration to many. Ride on my friend.

    Dear Robin,

We met only once, wish that was not the case.
We hardly spoke that day because you were seated on the far side from me, wish that was not the case.
Almost all our interactions were online, wish that was not the case.
You were taken away too early, wish that was not the case.

You were a very passionate soul and that was evident from the long discussions we used to have in the Support forum. I miss those long discussions. Again, wish that was not the case.

Robin was a brother to me. My memories of him are endless.

I recall each occasion when we would meet up in Mumbai, whenever I came down for work. His trip to Bangalore during the drag meet, his search for a bike inside those narrow bylanes of Shivaji Nagar, the time when he came to pick up his VFR...the list goes on and on.

A good bike certainly brings a smile to anyone's face. For Robin, it was like getting the moon. We spent the night talking and shooting the bike in the basement of my apartment, under the glow of a lone light.

He insisted that I work out the colour schemes for his bedroom. He demanded specific prints of my images for his room. He had the say. I had to do it.

Knowing him was special and I continue to miss him dearly.

Robin was with us for too short a time in this world...gone too soon, but will stay with us forever.

    Ride on dear friend.
