| ![]() My brother Anish is getting impatient and can't wait any long to see the final outcome, so he visited the body shop and tried to place the grill and headlight garnish in place to feel the look of front facia. ![]() ![]() ![]() The fitting job is expected to commence soon ![]() |

![]() Keep the three pointed star, pls don't remove it. The logo needs to be there for the G factor. A suggestion regarding headlights. Install a pair of LED or HID projector style 7" headlights. It will gel well with the front fascia and the DRL. Import from RHD country to get the correct beam pattern. ![]() Sample: https://www.amazon.com/JW-Speaker-87...dp/B015ZBZMP6/ Also go for ORVM with indicators as in the picture above.

Now placed order and waiting .... !! Already installed the same ORVM with indicators as in the picture above. Thanks to Tini's suggestion on wheel disc to go for XUV500, received Alloy wheels same PCD, -ve offset. ![]() Last edited by Anil Vincent : 20th March 2017 at 16:21.

| ![]() The Vehicle has come out really well!. PLEASE keep the 3 pointed logo. It makes a huge difference. What is the offset for these? AFAIK, only offroad steel wheels will give you the required offset to cover those fender flares. ![]() ![]() |

These wheels are -30 offset and yes you are right with the rear wheels, even with this offset the rear wheels still stayed inside the fender flares & a 40 mm wheel spacer solved the matter, now it is well proportionately offsetting the fender flares, front wheels are also offset in the correct proportion staying inward than the rear wheels. | ![]() Finally after 5 months since we commenced the project the vehicle is been rolled out of Marvel Motors for the first time to get the new set of Tyres & Wheels installed. The job is not yet completed but it’s almost at the finish line for the exteriors, there is much more to be done starting next with interiors followed by suspension, engine and so on. Right from the moment the vehicles been rolled out, while on the road, and while at being the tyre shop also all the mobile cameras were on the vehicle it’s very much a head turner for sure. Please feel free to give more suggestion and comments ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() work is still in progress with further refinements and final upgrades. |

| ![]() Hey great job, i really liked the looks and stance of the vehicle. Time to do some power upgrade also i guess ![]() Just curious (if you can share) approximately how much money would have been spent on this modification? But whatever it is, well worth it. |

| ![]() Hi there. Congratulations on creating the "Gurkhawagen'. The body mods are looking very good and well proportioned. It would have to be a pretty well machined logo to match the 3 pointed star as it looks very well finished the way it is. Keep the pictures coming. Cheers. |

Yes it needs to be endorsed in RC book after been inspected and approved by the RTO that these mods are street legal, my only concern is about the Merc Logo which disguises the vehicle identity, anyway we are planning to keep a custom designed Force logo, still thinking about it ! Expecting some suggestions and expert advices in this regards.

Also, keep the Merc logo. It gels well with this awesome machine. PS: I would be interested to know the ball park cost as well.

| ![]() Great final outcome! The color has come out real nice and suits the car well. Hope you don't mind the small nitpicking. The only thing which I didn't like is the side profile. It is a bit awkward, especially due to the 3 different windows, compared to, say the Bolero mod shared earlier. Great job once again! This one can go to the tastefully modified thread once everything is complete. ![]() ATB! |
