Plz post some pics or diagram of your idea, it sounds good.

This is the kind of tailgate i am fabricating(i say tailgate because unlike the jeep in the picture it will also function as the rear tailgate),it should be ready by the 6th.

I will be making one for Alfa kilo's jeep and one for another army 550

Hi David,

Congrats on getting the 550 home. Superb job with the restoration. She really looks swell.
Happy 4wd-ing!

O.T. Thanks for the info on the seats. Still haven't managed to go back again, buy and get them fitted. Will do so soon.

Gautam.

Hey thanks Nishant, im sure you know the feeling of getting a restoration done.

As of now no mods plan, going to run the jeep in first on road since the engine was rebuilt and then a few thing like a roll bar , rock sliders and so on.

Classy Jeep

Hi David,
Once again would like to appreciate your Jeep. Nice taste of color to get the nice look.
Question: Wanted to know if you or Nishanth have re-bored your engine cylinders or replaced to larger pistons? Have any one of you checked the compression?? Just wanted to know the quality of army used Jeeps.
to both your Jeeps
