I had ordered my mug on 25th November and still now no news about it. Also no feedback on my mails too, Feeling very Sad.

6-28 days is mentioned (expected) for personalised mugs. Let's wait and enquire about the order after the maximum expected time of 28 days is over. It's understandable that everyone wants their mug ASAP and waiting is not easy. The pictures of "Refuel" series posted by others makes the wait that much more difficult. Let's not overload the moderators with lot of queries and then feel sad when we don't get any response. If there is any delay, I'm sure we will be informed. I've ordered mine on Nov 23rd and now it is still 25 days. I'll only enquire on 22nd December after the 28 days timeline is over.
agree: Got the message, I shall expect it to be shipped latest by the 23rd of December.

Thank you to the organizers of Team BHP. Good solid quality of mugs and inscriptions. Now to savour the coffee tomorrow morning. Mugs named after India's first indigenous jet fighter and the first warship built in India.
I ordered mine 8 days back, the order status still shows as awaiting fulfillment. :-( waiting to see my custom mug.

Yours will be engraved and shipped out in the upcoming batch. Will be shipped out within the 6-28 day window, as mentioned on the store page. Most probably in another 8-10 days. :)
Got my engraved mug today. Looks awesome. My wife had felt it was a bit expensive, but today after seeing it, she was quite surprised to see it was an engraved one rather than a sticker job. Gave a :thumbs up to it. :)

Returned home from work on a chilly 16-degree Saturday afternoon, and I was greeted with a couple of parcels placed on the center table of our drawing room.
Tiredness and fatigue gave way to joy and smiles in an instant!
