im still thinking. ill stock every brand. the difference would be how they are installed. not the one size fits all type installation. enclosures made to specs, good cabling, etc etc.

cheers

im going back from work rightnow so il discuss it in detail with you guys. would love to take advice and hear your suggestions. also 1 thing im going to tell you guys once and for all - im damn serious about car audio and double damn serious about opening shop.

santosh, i know it is difficult but not impossible. there are probably hundered car audio shops here and 99.99% dont know what they are doing and are still making alot of money. :-) im thinking of this business because it is my passion.

rest ill discuss later :-)

They know exactly what they are doing. "Give the customer as little as he/she expects and charge them as much as you can get away with"

I do understand their limitations. Most of them in Mumbai use the footpath to install. Their installers are semi trained and semi literate. They are not equipped properly. The thing is that taking care of such things means you have to chrage more. 99.99% of the installs are HU+4speakers and at best an MDF plank. The margins are meagre.

When I walk past cars to my car on the streets of Mumbai, I check out their installs. 3/10 have 4 6x9s in the rear - some have not even invested in an MDF plank. This is especially true of Santros.

Lancers often have 2 6x9 flanking a 12". The average customer wants to create as much noise as he can afford. He wants the neighbourhood to know that he has a stereo. I say HE becuase the women have a lot more self esteem - they dont need this false machismo.

Before you start have a talk with Driven. He is sitll a member here.

So which side is the line from? The green side or the other side or your side? What a sidey line.

Ask a true lover of Punjabi music boys. you Delhi boys are just pretenders to the throne.

1) Safri Duo is from Denmark. They don't know punjabi. Their name is not really Safri, it is the first few letters from the last names of the duo, combined.

2) Dil Te Allana Pyah is an amazing song by Balwinder Safri from his album Get real. Worth buying this album, I am looking for it myself. Clip has good taste.
