-   In-Car Entertainment (https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/car-entertainment/)
-   -   BEST SONG for showing off/demoing Car Stereo (https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/car-entertainment/14128-best-song-showing-off-demoing-car-stereo-44.html)

Some songs that I would definitely play on my Car Audio are:-

Cowboys from Hell - Pantera
Karma - Kamelot
Azeem O Shaan Shehenshah - Jodha Akbar
Whole Lotta Love - Led Zeppelin (Live version has great bass guitar to show off your sub)

I am not a hip-hop guy, I hate the loose bass (boom boom stuff)

another song i love to play to test mid range is Adnan Sami - Kabhi toh nazar milao...

lovely song and his voice sounds incredible.

i have noticed that mids can be isolated best with vocals. my favs are Josh Groban, Shanaya Twain among others.

for testing sound field, my fav is Anjunabeats 6 - first track. your components are actually pushed to the limits.

i forgot another track for absolutely buttkicking sound.

Prodigy - Voodoo People (Pendulum Remix)

if you have a good ICE, the neighbours will know...

Play the song "Teri Meri" from the movie Bodyguard in your car. Its have good mix of bass and treble. You will love if you have tweeters in your car.

kokomo - beach boys
Good bass.

Flo Rida - Shone
Jay-Z - Big Pimpin'
Sting - Desert Rose

My current favorite:
Three Six Mafia - Late Nite Tip:

Late Nite Tip Excursion Test - YouTube

and ofcourse theres Akon - Chammak Challo :P

My all time favourite album to test music systems: GUPT. All songs especially- Bechainiyaan. High/mid/low all ranges can be sampled.

This will test your entire setup :D

deadmau5 - Sofi Needs a Ladder - YouTube

try this:
Die fantastischen vier- Krieger
Die Fantastischen Vier - Krieger - YouTube

Agree in hindi Gupt would do the trick

In English would do with PetShop Boys Remix, Or how about AC DC - Razors Edge.

Isnt Gupt music a shameless copy of Japanese artist/composer Kitaro's work?:)

yes Bechainiyaan sounds good even in my basic setup!

Also Madhosh dil ki dhadkan from JPKHT would help you distinguish between a chalta hai system and a good system.

This will give a nice workout to your sub and then your ears\bodyclap:

James Blake - Limit To Your Love - YouTube

Tool-Right In Two - YouTube

This should test the setup pretty well, I'd like to believe. :D

The bass will be seriously tested on this.

The inclusion of another percussion instrument is just for the added sensation. ;)

And this one tests if your system dishes out a loose bass lines or if it's indeed well tuned.
