There is a rule that says "loud" music is not allowed, but no dB level seems to have been specified. The simplest is to keep your windows up! I also have the habit of hitting pause before opening the window and speaking to anyone.
Warning: This doesn't work if you play at volumes which rattle your neighbour's window panes as you drive past, as is common in Delhi!
