while talking to my neighbor over phone, they said of a parcel delivered by postman. Y'day I came back home and found the cam. I did open the pack and did basic checks of parts, connected to mobile app, and soon planning to install in my car. I will later post my reviews/comments of my M10Wifi.

Ordered it off aliexpress on the 7th of May and it was in my hand today. Thankfully there was no duty (yes, none at all! ) levied on the camera.
The seller had put it's value as 29$ and marked it as a gift item.

The camera is original SJCAM brand (verified serial no. on box the from SJCAM site). Also received a monopod/selfie-stick and a spare battery and desktop charger with it.

Played around with it a bit and found the performance to be good. Will put up an extended review with pictures once I get some more time with it.

For those asking - it cost me 10.5k INR including free shipping by China/Singapore post.

Note - The SJCAM Zone/SJCAM HD apps on the playstore did not work with my camera. The LinkinEyes app (mentioned in manual) worked perfectly.

Again lucky you. Very lucky. I was charged a duty of Rs. 1275 though it was declared as a Gift valued at $19!

Strange. I read somewhere that to check genuinity of the cam, check if it's working with SJCAM official android app or not. Mine is working well with it.

Had ordered SJCAM SJ4000 Wifi on 14th May, got it yesterday
Really impressed with Dx.com's service; no duties charged either. Works good with SJCAM app both on iOS and Android.
Anyone with SJ4000, used the helmet mount?, how sturdy is it?

It meets all the requirements listed on that page. The SJCAM app isn't working which i figured might be due to an issue with the memory card (have read on some forums that a newly formatted SD Card needs to be put in the cam for it to connect, have no clue what it has to do with the wifi connectivity). Waiting to get the new SD Card for the cam and then I will investigate this further.

I happen to read reviews of LinkinEyes App in Play store last night. It seems for SJ5000, linkinEyes is the android app instead of the usual SJCAM HD App

Does that Monopod has a remote button to click pics? Mine does not have which pretty much defeats the very purpose :(

The original SJ4000 comes with SJCAM logo. I just had a quick look at the SJ4000 listings on Flipkart and none of them have SJCAM logo

Thanks. I had noticed that as well and went ahead and cancelled the order. This did not have the Wifi option a well. Then I thought of ordering the SJ6000 wifi but the images do not have logo on the cam.

You could have bought it from ali express/Dx.
I had ordered it from DX on 14th may and it was Delivered to me on 27th.

Thanks guys for all your inputs. I finally ordered this from dx.com and got a good deal on the SJ4000 wifi cam. Saved me a 4k if I had ordered from flipkart.

FYI - The SJ4000 model without wifi does not have the SJCAM logo on the camera. This was incorporated in the wifi model in view of identifying fakes.

I bought mine directly from Sjcam site, costed me 99 dollars. Shot a lots of video and photos on my recent trip to HK. The battery lasted me a full day with extensive usage. I used a class 10 32 gb memory card of sandisk, at full HD recording the card is good enough of 4.30 hrs of recording. I am glad I picked this up over a go-pro. A superb VFM.
