I don't think so as it is only a map update. For android auto you will need to update the console which can only be done at MASS

My SCross is April 2017 mfg one. I hope it came with updated maps. How do I check?

On the sd card there is a folder CRYPTNAV. In that folder there is afile named info.txt. Open the file find this"Worm: sd2-Suzuki-SLN_IND_Update2 v1" . Match it with yours. I have mentioned the latest worm.

Mine is Mar 2017 manufactured & has V11, I'm damn sure you will not need an update as well.

Ideally V12 is what I would be expecting, Maruti's updates are not as fast as their sourced Fiat engines

The New Map Update will only work on the latest software version of SLDA system. So if your maps are not initializing then get your unit upgraded to the latest software at the MASS.

My SD card has gone corrupt and no longer displaying map info. No error on the screen though. Can anyone please guide with the steps to download the maps from the internet. I am confused between FAT32 or NTFS and whether 32 GB card can be used seamlessly with other media like songs & videos.

Has anyone here managed to get another SD Card to work with the newer 1740+ HU's I've tried. FAT / FAT32 / MS-DOS FAT / NTFS / ExFat.

Every single time it refuses to read the existing map and wants me to update to the latest version. But I'm on the latest available.

Can someone upload the package on google drive please? I got my SCross updated at MASS to support Andriod Auto. However, I can't download the map data. It shows my VIN number isn't valid.

Without Vin Validation Map will not work

I believe its an issue with maruti site. My vin was listed, that is why MASS upgraded my Scross to support android auto which works great when it works. However, it would often switch to FM on its own. Is anyone else getting this issue?
