good car audio system for my forester

hi guys!
i own a 2004 forester.i am using it with the company fit music system.the music quality is very good.but the drawback is it is only an ACD player with 6 cd changer.i have good space to fix a good double din and 4 inch component speakers both on the front & the rear door.i want to fix a good amp with good quality cables
i have finalised a few things but still very confused
alpine double din HU(don remember the model #)
m v quads components
m v quad amp or nakamichi
monster cables
dont know if i should go in for a subwoofer
i am looking for quality sound & should be able to hear every instrument clearly
please let me know what should i do.budget is no problem but also should be worth it
looking forward for a complete package made by you guys for me

I was out today looking at HU options in the market, found this one - Xplod™ CD Receiver - WX-GT77UI from Sony. Any one tried, how good is this HU? Costs about 14K with bill & 2 yrs warranty. Also, it has a rear USB connectivity??

I don't fancy Sony either since I already have one in my car now. But this one looked (looks only) very good in terms of build, lighting, display etc. Wasn't available to audition though.

Hence my question on sound quality if anyone's tried it.
