The car

His Alpine X-type components

Alpine CDA-9887 HU

Image Dynamics iDQ15 D2 v2 sub

Genesis Series III 4 channel amplifier

Work Begins...

Parcel shalf damped..

More to follow...

Hmmm, at least something looks familiar . Congrats buddy. I haven't heard the Alpine X types but I've heard about your reputation, so I'm damn sure your setup sounds sweet; with the addition of the Genny, it's a certainty!
Nice setup, super installers...Rock ON!

Mmmmmmmmmm... Another Genesis install! And the First IDQ15" here? (Also the first 9887 I guess).

Great ICE for a great car!

I knew something was cooking when I heard a certain SRx2 was being removed

Congrats, FlyingBong! Do let us have a first impression.

Thats neat! I'm not a car audio freak (though i'm a wee little bit into home audio setup) and I was shocked at the first few pics of car ripped off the seats yadda yadda.. but the final pics of the whole thing back looks (*&(# Neat!
I would love to see some more pics the other parts of the finished setup like the doors, parcel shelf and the HU

Hi! Actually its a front stage only system. The OE rears are connected to the HU and can be used by activating the internal amp on the Alpine HU.

Now THAT is one sexy set-up that keeps the integrity of stock interiors. I just love installs like that. Am dying to hear it if that were in any way possible! Great job gunbir!

Cheers!

Hi,i dont know much about ICE .Like you said it is a front stage only system,so the front X type is louder than the back OE speakers. How about the clarity?Anyway it is a Alpine X type and there is no compromise for the clarity.I never listen to the front stage only system. If i am wrong please correct me.So what if someone sits on the back who wants to listen to good sound? Is it possible?
