Rammstein and DJ Tiesto. Occassionally I listen to Akon and Electronica pop. And when the mood is up, I may also listen to ghazals.

I usually tweak the eq's and settings everytime based on my mood.

Which 2-channel amp will be good along with hertz comps?

Alpine
Pioneer
JBL
Audison.

I am would like to have the best combination of sound and value with more preference on value. I have mentioned what I listen to in the post above.

Maybe this will help.

I have finalised this setup.

1. HU- Clarion DXZ785usb/ DXZ775rusb (Can anybody help me source it from US or UK). Or point out a store in UK where it is avaiable?
Pioneer 6050ub- if clarion is not available.

2. Components- HERTZ Dieci DSK130.1

3. Sub- hifonics HFi12D4

4. Amplifier- I have decided on JBL GT5 mono amplifier for the sub. But was suggested buying a 4-ch amp and bridging 2-channels for the amp. Here are the 4-ch amps I have decided on

kenwood 8401
Kenwood Corporation | Car Electroics | Power Amplifiers | KAC-8401

Alpine F450
MRV-F450 - Alpine - Europe - Mobile Media Solutions[show]=features#ridercontent

Now, here's my doubt. The hifonics sub is DVC and rated at 300W RMS. JBL mono amp is rated at 300W RMS too and I think pretty ideal to run the DVC 300W hifonics. But the 4-ch amps are cheaper and give me the option to run the comps off the amp instead of the HU. Also I can run the sub with a bridged connection off the amp. But the amps (either alpine or Kenwood) dont put out more than 200w/180w. Will that still be ok? any sideeffects on the sub or amp and the SQ?
