Ohh you were talking abt Aux. I am sorry. I confused it with USB output.

Well even My pioneer DEH 740MP has Aux inputs and i am sure even the HU you are talking abt mst be having it. And ya You can take my HU if you just want to use Aux as the cd doesnt work.LOL

I enquired 6950IB to be about 8.5K to 9k. And the other one is UB not IB it hasnt cme out yet. So no idea abt price.

Would like to share some info I gathered very recently re HUs with 3 preamp outs.

Alpine CDA-9856 with bill and warranty costs Rs 19K in India
(MSRP on Alpine USA website is 230 USD = Rs 10.5K approx)

Pioneer DEH-P4950MP without bill and warranty costs Rs 5.8K.

Any idea why Alpine is charging nearly double the US price?

a) Pioneer also chrges double for B&W.

b) All dealers have a margin built into this pricing. Negotiate a discount. You could get it for 16-17K installed. Now comapre that to a US price of 10.5K + 0.5K for install you are saving 5K. And you dont have a B&W.

The mark-up is particularly unpalatable because it seems to be reserved for some models. Alpine is selling the CDE-9846 for Rs 9K. MSRP on Alpine USA website is 180 USD = Rs 8.1K approx.

The markup is for those models that are not also sold via OEM. THis might be for a number of factors.

Can anyone tell me where to procure a steering remote for a sony deck?
Installed in the steering panel.. so i dont need to move my hands, and importantly eyes while driving.
Saw one years back in a friend's Opel looked sturdy and very intuitive to use.

Is their any Pio HUs in the price range of 5K with bill and warranty. I'm inclined towards Pioneer 2950, will i get it anywhere now with bill and warranty? Suggesting a trusted place in Bangy would also be useful...

Thanks.
