i did it yesterday only
you need to take out the small strip of that thing in between the controls (mine is 2002 model to no rotatory nob for me) and their is small bulb on the far end and its covered by a small green cap with the help of my little bro he took out the cap to i have yellow dashboard light now

all the suzis are very easy to do except for the sx4, all the 800, baleno, esteem and the swift have the same type of layouting for the speedo.. and always remember to change only the bulbs with the caps... as the others are for the warninf and tell tale lights.... so be carefull..... and happy lighting.

Yes, there is only one bulb. You have to just cover it with something blue and it will blend well with the speedo!
Don't try the condom trick or get some of those XXtra thick types.

Very careful with the tell tale lights. They should not be touched. Leave them alone as it is!

i have replaced the lights on the dashboard with philips blue vision lights in the afternoon and now i have blue instrument panel lights

heres the lights

Even i bought the same bulbs to replace with the bulbs in the number plate but they are emitting normal yellow light instead of blue !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have even complained to PHILIPS but im yet to get any response from them .

it is clearly mentioned on the top right side that it is 12 volts and 5 watts..

well i did mine when i got bored with my dash months ago only i wanted mine white but my friend said to go with red, but what do you know orange.

@speedzak - must have already seein this when he was drifting my car all over the place on our last meet.

hmm i also saw some parking lights that keep changing color i want to try that out dash that keeps changing color aint bad rite! or would that be irritating at night, but still fun project.

Cool Cool!!

Guys any idea about the OHC's instrument cluster bulb? Does it also have a capless LED like the Suzukis?
