Saw these 3 chinooks about a month back from my house. And I have to say, the only reason I was able to capture them was that I had my 30X P&S .

Remembered because I just saw 3 chinooks and 2 regular helicopters flying very close, but didn't have time to get my cam.

Out little one is over 9 months old now..it has been a wonderful journey so far. Heres couple of portraits using Pentax 100mm macro on K-5.

I admit taking nice shots of children is a very tough job, one has to be extremely patient to capture nice moments.

Hey Parthasarathi.. Thanks man

I had been to my hometown on vacation with a big hope of getting a lot of leisure time to take some "super" shots with the 600D. Ended up with so many stuff that I barely got the time to click. Have clicked a few which have turned up nice though. Will put them up after I copy them to the laptop.

The shots you have taken at Talkadu are mesmerising .
I have realised off late that the sun plays the most important role in bringing out the colour in pics. No amount of flash can't compensate for sunlight !!!

Excellent pics Nilanjan.

But that Nandakot shot is mind blowing. Straight out of NatGeo which for me is the Gold, nay Platinum standard in nature photography. This magazine is what got me deeply interested in nature photography when I was a school kid.
