Hey Jaguar Have you actually used the Sanyo Eneloop batteries? When I was googling around for the 'BEST' rechargeable batteries, most (90%) people recommended Sanyo Eneloop. And now the next question. Which charger should be bought along with the Sanyo batteries? |

Thanks Jaguar. Got the Sanyo Enelopp 4 batteries + Charger for 1100/-. This store is one of the best in Pune for cameras as the owner is extremely knowledgeable person himself. When I asked him which are the best batteries, he says "I only stock Sanyo Eneloop". :) |

I think one should use this along with an airtight box otherwise eventually the absorber will become saturated with moisture and it will stop absorbing any more water - as good as keeping the camera in the bag without one of these. |

Are you planning to buy something like this in Bangalore? If yes, then my suggestion is don't even bother. In Bangalore unless you're keeping your gear inside a close area.. nothing will happen. Yes, I'm taking those rainy months into consideration too. I haven't seen a single moisture related issue since 2003. Thank god, at least she still has her senses intact after spending such long time with you. :D |

I agree with Rudra about Bangalore weather not requiring a Digicabi. But, for anyone else who needs info on it can look at this thread on JJMPF. Pretty comprehensive info and discussion on digicabi. Storage |

This was picked up from Singapore by my friend, you should find them in Ebay or accessory shops that sell camera stuff (never seen in India so far). It has a pull out plug for AC power charging. Dry stage shows blue gels, needs charging when it becomes pink. You put it in a bag that's highly moist, the blue becomes pink within few hours :) Attachment 859069 |

All DSLR gurus, I need some advice on DSLR storage. I normally just leave it in my bag. Its actually a DSLR backpack with great padding etc. Is it good enough? I'd also like to know how you guys store your DSLRs. Thanks! |
