At last! This is what made me move off. How about mail export / import from Thunderbird? I have just done a painful move from Eudora to Thunderbird!!

They claim they block inappropriate sites and pop-up windows with 100% accuracy. Sites that include violence, racism, pornography and chat are automatically removed.

Prefer Mozilla FF primarily because of great add-ons (security & general) & stable performance.

Also use Chrome as it is light weight & pretty fast compared to FF or any other browser. The lag point with Chrome is extremely limited (no) add on features, crude session mgmt & poor bookmark mgmt.

No need to move out from Thunderbird, if you are pretty satisfied with it and with it's addons.

Switched to Chrome from Mozilla FF and never looked back after that. Chrome loads quick renders html fast and has ability to kill individual tabs if they get hanged. However missing a bit of FF's Add-Ons.

Sometimes uses IE 7 since some sites works only on IE ( including our corporate intranet sites).

As mithun mentioned, you dont HAVE to move to opera's mail client just because you started using their browser. You can stick to thunderbird even if you ditch firefox completely.
